Cottage for hiking, fishing, swimming, ski-out ski-in

The cottage is located in Lofsdalen, Härjedalen and has a living area of 58 m2 with a large covered porch. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of Lofssjön and the mountains on the other side. The cottage has 4 rooms including 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. The bedrooms are equipped with 1king size bed and 1 + 1 bunk beds. Combined living / dining area with wood burning stove and kitchen and hallway. Shower, sauna and bathroom are in a separate space.
Freezer, refrigerator, stove, hood, dishwasher, microwave. Cable TV.
In the nearby village Lofsdalen you find grocery store, tourist information, souvenir shop, pub, restaurant, spa and relaxation facilities etc.

Summer time. Plenty of hiking trails, fishing, berry picking, canoeing, mini golf, tennis, swimming, etc.

Wintertime: From the house you can ski directly to the ski slopes and on your way back from the slopes you land on the porch. In Lofsdalen there are 25 slopes with a length of 27 km. The longest slope is 3000m and the steepest is 47 degrees. The height difference is 500m. There are two snowboarding area, one of which is 1900 m long.

500m from the house is illuminated cross country tracks and all together there are 70 prepared trails between 2.5 and 18 km, plus 155 km of marked trails.

Two Snowboard ski areas. One area is 1.9 km long and is filled with various challenges that hope in various sizes, gorges, slides, tabel-jumps, quarterpipe and big jump.
The second area is in the middle of the ski area with Halfpipe and Big jump. Also lots of nice off-piste skiing, both in forest terrain and in the mountains.
